Y Mind Youth Program
Helping youth learn to cope with stress and anxiety.
Are you experiencing mild-to-moderate anxiety or stress? Join the YMCA's Y Mind Youth program. It is a FREE seven-week mental wellness program for people ages 13 to 18 (teen) 18 to 30 (youth). It's delivered by the YMCA of Three Rivers and our community partners.

Y Mind Teens, Ages 13 to 18
Our free Y Mind Teen Program offers support to teens ages 13 to 18, for those who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or stress. Y Mind participants learn evidence-based coping skills based on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion, and connect with peers who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.

Date: Sundays from 12 – 1:30 p.m., beginning January 8, 2023
Location: Online
Program and Registration Details:
Free, seven-week program for those experiencing mild-to-moderate stress and anxiety.
Learn proven coping skills and meet peers who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings.
Each session is 1.5 hours long and is offered one evening a week, for seven weeks.
Participants must be available to attend all seven sessions.
Attendance at one information session or zoom call with a staff member is required to sign up.
