When/Where does it take place?
As part of our six-year unification celebration, Y Day is taking place on October 3, 2026 at all YMCA of Three Rivers Health and Wellness locations! Join us in Stratford, St. Mary's, Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge, and Waterloo.

Why should I come?
Whether you're a community member, Y member, volunteer, or donor, Y Day is a chance to connect and learn more aboutwhat we do. It's our opportunity to welcome you into our community, give back, say thank you for your support, and celebrate the people who make our communities stronger.
