Honouring a Legacy: Five Years of the Leslie J. Cornwell Camp Leadership Award
The Leslie J. Cornwell Camp Leadership Award was created by twins Andrew and Ryan Paulley to honour their late mother’s love of YMCA camping and leadership. Now in its fifth year, the award has supported 14 young staff with $7,000 toward post-secondary education, recognizing their impact and inspiring future camp leaders. What began as a tribute to Leslie’s legacy has grown into a tradition of encouragement and community building at YMCA camps.
