All YMCA of Three Rivers' memberships for ages 13+ include access to our six fitness centres (A.R. Kaufman (Kitchener), Chaplin (Cambridge), Guelph, St. Marys, Stork (Waterloo), and Stratford-Perth). Centres include a variety of exercise equipment, weight machines, and free weights, allowing you to achieve your personal health, fitness, and wellness goals.
Our team of staff and volunteers are committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for members of all ages and stages of their personal health journeys.
Prior to using our fitness centre, all members have access to a complementary orientation, which includes a fitness plan appointment.
Youth ages 13 to 14 must complete the Individual Conditioning I (13-14) course before accessing the fitness centre. This course allows access to cardio and weight-training machines. Free-weight areas are open to ages 15+ only. Register for this course through your member portal or at any of our membership desks.
